The entrance to the Center for Creativity is located to the right of the building, through the archway (see photo below). You’ll see friendly people and signs pointing the way.

Once inside, you can take the elevator or stairs up to the gallery on the second floor. They’ll you’ll see the check in table with people to welcome you and answer any questions you might have.

The gallery hosts rotating exhibits that feature artists from various disciplines. There’s lots of natural lighting and soft overhead lighting.

During the event you can engage with the space in whatever way that lets you relax.

• Sit in one of the chairs, scattered in groups or around a small table and absorb the music

• Sit or lie down on the rugs and pillows or on the floor

• Sit on a cushioned bench and face the art on the walls or the center of the room

• Walk around the room and peruse the art while listening to the music and poetry

• Make art through our art offering, an easy, intuitive, and silent project that embodies the theme

• Bring your own creative work, such as knitting, sketching, journaling, crafting, or read a novel

• Wide sidewalks with curb cuts lead to the building.

• Inside you’ll find ramps, elevators, and furniture laid out to create wide paths for you to easily move through the space.

• There aren’t “rules” for when to clap or how to be, though we do hold a quiet and attentive mood, and even the children do ok!

Free ADA spots are available right next to the building.

Free parking is available on the street in front of the building and in the surrounding area. Leave a little time to walk a short distance.

Depending on where you park, you can stay for 2 hours or without a time limit.
